Since 1998
How two hardworking brothers built Udaipur's trust
Dilip and Lokesh Tak didn't start with capital or connections — they started with a commitment to tell families the truth about properties, even when it meant losing a sale.

28 years, one market, largely the same people.
1998
The beginning
Dilip and Lokesh Tak didn't start with capital or connections — they started with a commitment to tell families the truth about properties, even when it meant losing a sale. Their first office was a single room. Their first “database” was a handwritten notebook of available plots.
The real estate business in Udaipur was different then. Verbal agreements. Vague documentation. Buyers discovering boundary disputes years after purchase. The Tak brothers built their reputation by doing the opposite: written commitments, thorough document checks, and honest advice about pricing and risks.
2000–2010
The growth
Word spread slowly, then quickly. A family bought land in Shobhagpura on their advice, built a home, recommended them to relatives. An NRI in London needed someone trustworthy to find property for retirement — Dilip spent hours on international calls explaining options without charging consultation fees. By 2010, they'd helped over 2,000 families.
2010–present
Expansion and specialisation
As Udaipur's real estate market matured, so did we. We added plotting and development when clients asked, “Can you help develop raw land into ready plots?” We built a construction division when families said, “We trust you to find land — can you help us build too?” We formalised NRI services when half our inquiries came from abroad.
Today, we're a team of specialists: Dilip Jain brings 40+ years of market wisdom. Gaurav built our rental and commercial division with MBA-level systems. Sanchit leads construction with engineering precision. But the foundation laid in 1998 remains — transparent advice, thorough documentation, and client interests over commission pressure.

Beyond the numbers
The real story is in the phone calls
The NRI who called from Dubai at midnight with a last-minute contract question — we answered. The family who couldn't afford their dream plot — we found a better option in a developing area that worked with their budget. The investor who we told not to buy an overpriced property, even though we'd lose the commission.
That's how trust compounds over 28 years.

Our mission
To create future-ready spaces that combine innovation, sustainability and investment value for generations to come.
Our vision
To become the most trusted developer, fostering communities and economic growth through strategic real estate projects.
Our approach
What you actually get
First call philosophy
Most agents ask “What's your budget?” and show you everything in that range. We ask “What's your real budget, and what are you afraid of?” Budget might be ₹50L, but fear might be “What if the area doesn't develop?” or “What if there's a title dispute?” We address the fear first, then find the property.
Document verification standard
Before we recommend any property, our checklist includes: title deed verification back 30 years, encumbrance certificate review, property tax receipt check, boundary confirmation with revenue records, mortgage and lien search, and legal opinion on any red flags. You see our findings in plain language, not legal jargon.
Pricing transparency
We don't say “₹50 lakh is a good price.” We say “₹50 lakh is 8% above the last comparable sale in this area three months ago, but this plot has better road access and cleared documentation, which justifies ₹45–48 lakh realistically.” Then you decide.
After-sale support
Six months after closing, we still answer your construction questions, recommend contractors, help with property tax filing, and coordinate rental management if needed. Real estate isn't transactional for us — it's relational.
