Selling property, without underpricing

Three honest numbers instead of one hopeful one, a buyer network built over 28 years, and paperwork we chase so you don't have to.

Who it’s for

Homeowners ready to sell. Investors liquidating holdings. Families relocating or upgrading.

An empty, freshly prepared living room with polished stone flooring, daylight falling through tall curtained windows, and a set of keys resting on the sill.

The selling problem most face

You list at ₹60L based on “feeling.” Buyers offer ₹45L. You panic and accept ₹50L. Later you learn comparable properties sold for ₹58L. You left ₹8L on the table.

Our pricing methodology

We analyse the last 20 comparable sales in your area: size, location, documentation quality, amenities and sale timeline. We give you three numbers:

  • Quick sale price (if you need to sell within 30 days)
  • Market value (realistic price with a 60–90 day timeline)
  • Aspirational price (if you're willing to wait 6+ months)

You decide, not us

You decide based on your urgency, not our commission pressure.

Marketing that reaches real buyers

Your listing goes to our network of 10,000+ past clients, active investors and verified buyers. We pre-screen inquiries — you only meet serious buyers with verified budgets, not time-wasters asking to “just see.”

Negotiation support

When offers come in, we advise on what's fair, what's lowball, and what counteroffers make sense. We've negotiated thousands of deals — we know when to push back and when to accept.

Documentation coordination

Once price is agreed, we coordinate paperwork, registry appointments and payment transfers. You don't chase lawyers, buyers or government offices — we do.

Questions about this service

Answered properly

How do I know if a property's price is fair?
We analyse the last 15–20 comparable sales in that area within the past 6 months — similar size, location and documentation quality. We show you the data: “Properties like this sold for ₹48–54L recently. This one is listed at ₹52L, which is market-fair. However, one comparable sold for ₹46L because it needed boundary dispute resolution — this one doesn't have that issue, so ₹52L is justified.”
How long does the buying process typically take?
