About Nakoda Vihar
Nakoda Vihar is the biggest layout of the six — seventy plots at Sabalpura, on the Bedla side of Udaipur. Big enough that it stops feeling like a plot sale and starts feeling like a neighbourhood, which is exactly what the aerial shows: houses already built, occupied, with cars in the driveways.
The layout is planned around its open space rather than filled to the boundary. There is a reserved garden inside the grid and a water tank planned on the north edge. Both take saleable area off the plan, which is a decision that costs the developer and benefits the buyer.
