While we conduct thorough document reviews, buyers are advised to independently verify all property documents, approvals and legal status with their own legal advisors before making purchase decisions.
Pricing and availability
All property pricing and availability is subject to change based on market conditions and seller terms. We provide current information, but final pricing is confirmed at the time of sale agreement.
Investment returns
We provide market analysis and historical appreciation data, but cannot and do not guarantee specific investment returns or future property values. Real estate investments carry inherent market risks.
Dubai investment
Dubai real estate investments are subject to UAE regulations, developer terms and project-specific requirements. Eligibility, fees, residency benefits and processes vary. We act as facilitators connecting Indian investors with Dubai opportunities — all legal, financial and regulatory verification must be done independently with Dubai-based professionals. We do not guarantee approvals, returns or specific outcomes.
